During his career, he has worked within large international consumer groups (Oakley, Sony, Dyson) as well as leading companies in the B2B industry (Christie).<\/p>\n Among his accomplishments, he contributed to the overhaul of the Sony VAIO brand in France, he is behind the international launch of the Airblade and helped make Christie a rising brand in the professional projection industry.<\/p>\n Passionate about storytelling, Alexis has been living in London since 2007. He has also worked with instrument brands including Zildjian, Pearl Drums, Sabian and Big Fat Snare Drum.<\/p>\n Tim’s focus at 3WM is writing marketing communications for clients, developing SEO and AEO strategies, and building video-led campaigns.<\/p>\n Joining the team in 2026, Tim combines agency experience with a working musician’s perspective.
